- Rose flowers and incense sticks

Right Day : Full moon night or Friday
Sadhana Time ( Correct Time ): This Sadhana has to be done at night for 9 days.
Rambha Apsara Sadhana Method ( Procedure of Rambha Practice ) :
Before starting the sadhana, take bath and wear good clothes to purify and purify yourself. After that you sit on the yellow colored seat and face towards the east. Keep in mind that you must keep two garlands of flowers with you and when Apsara comes , wear one to her and she will wear the other to you. You light incense sticks and 1 ghee lamp. Don't forget to keep an empty steel plate in front of you. Now take the rose petals, join both your hands and chant the mantra “ O Rambhe Aagchha Purna Yuvan Sanstute ” . After every mantra, put some petals in a steel plate. You have to chant this mantra at least 108 times. The steel plate will be filled with petals after some time. You place Apsara Mala on it.
After this, you have to spread the pink cloth and install Saundarya Gutika , Safalya Mudrika and Rambhotkilan Yantra on it. Now you worship him Panchopachar. Don't forget to sprinkle perfume on all the ingredients. Now worship the yantra with pink colored rice and chant the following mantras:
Om Divyaayi Namah . Om Vagishcharayai Namah . Om Soundarya Priyaayi Namah .
Om Yovan Priyaayi Namah . Om Saubhagdayai Namah . Om Arogya Pradayai Namah .
Om Pranapriyayai Namah . Om Urjaschalayai Namah . Om Devapriyaayi Namah .
Om Aishwaryapradayai Namah . Om Dhanadayai Dhanaada Rambhaayai Namah .
After chanting every mantra, you must put some rice on the yantra. After this you have to chant this mantra for 15 Apsara rosaries:-
“ Om Hreem Ram Rambhe Agacch Ajnaam Palay Manovandhitam Dehi Ein Om Swaha ”
In this way your Apsara Sadhana is completed.

- During sadhana and after seeing Apsara, control your sexual desires and remain devoted to her.
- Whatever happens during sadhana, you should keep it limited to yourself.
- When the sadhana is over, wear a ring on your ring finger. Also, throw the remaining items in any flowing water i.e. river
