Ram Mandir Inaguration : Is Temple inaguration being done against the Vedas?

The grand opening of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is almost here, and excitement fills the air! Millions of Hindus are overjoyed to see their dream come true, the temple dedicated to Lord Rama finally rising up. But amidst the celebratory chants, some whispers of concern can be heard.Why? Well, some holy men, called Shankaracharyas, are worried. They believe certain traditions haven't been followed perfectly during the construction and rituals. For example, the temple isn't fully built yet, and some special ceremonies haven't been held exactly as the ancient scriptures, called Shastras, describe.

Now, before you think things are falling apart, remember that Hindus have been fighting for this temple for a long time. It's a deeply emotional moment for many, and delaying the opening might be even harder than making some adjustments. So, some folks say it's okay to adapt things a bit, especially since ancient texts can be interpreted in different ways.

So, what's going to happen? The temple authorities, the Shankaracharyas, and the Hindu community at large will need to talk things through. Maybe they can find a way to address the concerns while still celebrating this historic moment.

So ,what are actually the concerns of The 4 Shankaracharya's of Hinduism.But before that,since most of the Hindu people actually don't know much about their Religion,so for your information, let me tell you a little bit who are these Shankaracharya's and what's their importance in Sanatan Dharma i.e Hindu Religion.

The four Shankaracharyas, each heading their respective Peethams (monasteries), hold immense importance in Hinduism due to their historical role, spiritual authority, and ongoing contributions to the religion. They are the Preservers of Advait Vedanta and they are also the Guardians of Sanatan Dharma. 

Each of the four Shankaracharya Peethams (monasteries) historically focuses on studying and interpreting a specific Veda:

• Sringeri Sharada Peetham - Yajurveda
• Dwarka Sharada Peetham - Samaveda
• Govardhan Math - Rigveda
• Jyotish Peeth - Atharvaveda

The Shankaracharyas' Concerns:

• Incomplete Temple: Their primary concern is the consecration occurring while the temple remains under construction. They argue the Shastras require Pran Pratishtha only when the entire structure is complete, citing verses from texts like the Shilpa Shastra and Agni Purana.
• Unorthodox Rituals: Some point to deviations from traditional procedures, such as the alleged exclusion of rituals like Ashta Bandhan and Pancha Ratnas, vital for consecrating and energizing the idol. They believe such omissions compromise the spiritual potency of the ceremony.

However There are some Counterarguements from the other side also who support the idea that this  Inaguration is being done properly.Lets see what are the counterarguements given by other Hindu people or other Hindu Acharyas or by the Ram Janambhoomi temple trust . Some of the counter-arguements given are as follows:

• Adaptation and Context: Proponents of the inauguration argue that the Shastras allow for adaptations in specific circumstances. They point to historical examples like the Srirangam temple, where construction and consecration occurred simultaneously due to pressing historical situations.
• Flexible Interpretations: Others contend that the Shastras offer multiple interpretations, and the current timing can be justified under certain lens of understanding. They argue that delaying the consecration, especially given the emotional significance for millions, could itself be detrimental to the temple's spiritual value.

This debate highlights the inherent complexity of interpreting ancient texts and applying them to contemporary situations. There are valid arguments on both sides, and ultimately, individual Hindus may form their own opinions based on their understanding of faith and religious texts.However, the dissent of the Shankaracharyas cannot be easily dismissed. They represent a significant segment of the Hindu community, and their concerns deserve respectful consideration. Ignoring their voice risks alienating a portion of the faithful and raising questions about the legitimacy of the consecration from a traditional standpoint.

However you can also say when it comes to God,when it comes to Shri Ram, you can also say that every time is also positive time,everything is good and only good. There are no doshas or mistakes. God mainly focuses on the bhaav of their bhaktas. When it comes to bhaav then no rituals or no Procedures are necessary. Rituals become nothing,when bhaav bhakti comes in place.So,since I don't have much deeper knowledge of shastras,I leave it to you to decide who is correct here.You may comment down your thoughts and knowledge below .So I think Shri Ram will be happy seeing the bhaav of their bhakats when he returns back to ayodhya and if there are some rituals that are not performed properly, I don't think he will get angry with his bhakta's.

However ,The Shankaracharya's have said that their are not at all Anti-Modi. They are saying that they are telling just what is according to the shastras. They have actually praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his excellent works both for the Nation and particularly for the Hindu Community.They have actually said that the Nation has not got such a PM from independence till date, who strongly supports the Hindu Community and works for the welfare of the community. 

The Ram Mandir inauguration should be a moment of collective joy and spiritual upliftment, not a source of division. By embracing open communication and seeking solutions that address the concerns of all stakeholders, we can ensure this historic event unites the Hindu community in a celebration of faith and tradition.
