The Hindu Religion which is also Known as Sanatan Dharma is a religion which teaches us a proper way to live our life,which has a ocean of knowledge and many more knowledgeable,mysterious and interesting things.
The Hindu religion is much ahead of Science too.Ya I know many will not be happy with my this statement but if you ask my opinion its true.There are many mysteries of this world for which the Science has no answer but,The Hindu Religion has.There are many mysteries related to our religion that science can't solve.
Did you knew:-Sant Shri Goswami Tulsidas Ji Maharaj stated the Distance between Sun and Eath in the Hanuman Chalisa in The 16th Century ; whereas science discovered the distance between Sun and Earth in the 18th Century and surprisingly,both the readings i.e One stated by Sant Shri Goswami Tulsidas Ji Maharaj and Science matched.
Mastrubation is a real problem faced by a lot of people especially teenagers and a fun fact is that many famous Motivational speakers do not consider Mastrubation as a problem only,whereas this is a serious problem.
Is Mastubation Good or Bad?
When you ask this Question to Many Famous Motivational Speakers,they say that "in a limit you can do mastrubation.Out of limit,it is bad".This is the answer given by many of them and these are many famous motivational speakers to whom young people especially teenagers listen to and they also get influenced by them.But if you look into the conditions of today's generation Guys Mastrubation has become a serious problem for them and its aslo harming them in a mental and physical way.Its aslo wasting their valuable time and they are getting distracted from their studies and other work.
What does Science say about this?
Science also doesn't say that Mastrubation is bad.It dicusses about the benifits of Mastrubation.Here is a few lines in the inverted commas that I got from a science related website.From these you can understand the views of science on this topic.

Is Mastrubation a sin according to Hinduism?
I know I have got a lot of distracted from our main topic but I thought this information was necessary for you and that's why I told.Now coming Back to our main topic,is mastrubation a sin according to Hinduism?Sex is not considered sin in Hindu religion. But sex without consent is Adharma and it leads to total annihilation. Masturbation is widely mentioned in Hindu Puranas and Epics though not directly.
We get to see stories of many Rishis in our Purana who failed in their Tapasya and got attracted towards Apsaras.There are many stories in which we can see the Rishi's resulted in their semen to fall from their body because of getting attracted towards Apsaras.Here Mastrubation is not directly mentioned ,But its somewhat like that only.
Hinduism doesn't say that Mastrubation is a sin,but it is only allowed in Grihasta Ashram(i.e when you are living a married life) .But if you are mastrubating by imagining or seeing your wife its not good,but its not a sin also.But in this case you are wasting your vital enery(i.e the semen).And you should never imagine or see any other woman and Mastrubate.This is a sin.Kaam is one of the four stages of life according to Hinduism but only in The Grihasta Ashram.
